Baltimore also criticized Murder Inc.'s CEO, Irv Gotti, suggesting he underestimated 50 Cent's growing support in the street, leading to missed opportunities to 'nip it in the bud.' She felt Ja Rule’s failed response was too late, and had he responded sooner, the outcome might have been different. Baltimore concluded that the mentality of Invincibility at Murder Inc. at that time was a downfall.
