Boosie and Vlad addressed comments by Tyler Perry advising black women not to have such high expectations of their men. Boosie interpreted Perry's statement as urging women to follow their hearts, not money, as love based only on wealth is destined to fail. Vlad, on the other hand, expressed his personal point of view. He believes in taking on all financial responsibilities in a relationship, labeling men who split the bills as weak. Although acknowledging that not everyone is as financially fortunate, he also stated that even during his broke periods, he never expected the woman he was with to help with the bills. On the other hand, Boosie contended that while supporting a woman financially is important, it is equally vital to raise independent daughters who can identify their self-worth and not rely solely on a man's wealth.
