In this clip, Mob James discussed the environment at Death Row Records. In a previous interview, The D.O.C shared interesting insights about his time at the label. Despite some members having affiliations with the streets or engaging in illicit activities, the focus was on being musicians and artists. Eventually, the scene had shifted. People involved were more likely to have come out of prison or be on their way to one, and many were simply present due to Suge Knight's intimidation, not their musical abilities. This created a stressful environment for those trying to make music.
