Furthermore, presenting witnesses to testify was a challenge, given their lack of credibility. This issue was common in gang cases, making them hard to prove. Ladd also shed light on Anderson's criminal background, which expanded to selling drugs, and how lack of resources within the force was not proficient enough to pursue such a major drug dealer.
