Mob James, a former member of Death Row Records' security team, opened up about his estranged relationship with his daughter. Relating to a painful past event, James disclosed that his daughter had served jail time for allegedly stabbing her mother. Being in a mental health facility presently, he just managed to initiate a serious conversation with her after a long hiatus. In his dialogue, he stressed the importance of maintaining a parent-child relationship and asserted his stand against being a friend to his own kids. He contrastively flagged his sons, who met his expectations and took the route of education instead of getting involved in unlawful activities. The conversation ended on a hopeful note where James felt comfortable after having a talk with his daughter and recommended every parent exhibit strictness and balance in dealing with their children.
