In this clip, The Black Keys reflected on their musical journey and also addressed a past controversy involving the Insane Clown Posse. The band members, Patrick and Dan, discussed how their careers evolved once they signed with Warner and described maintaining their approach to producing their own music. They recounted working with renowned music producer Danger Mouse and how it led to development of their first album with a producer's assistance, "Attack and Release." Their experience of working on a comeback album for Ike Turner (though never meeting him in person), which eventually transitioned to their own record after Turner's death, was also shared. The duo also spoke about the notorious insult they lobbed at Insane Clown Posse, admitting they were being facetious, guided by a document they had read titled "An Intelligent Look at the Insane Clown Posse." Despite the previous insult, they shared their respect for any artist who can make a name for themselves in the music industry.
