The Game shared his thoughts on two close friends' deaths, describing the losses as especially devastating. His close friend and confidant Billboard was killed before The Game’s first album dropped. Had he been alive, The Game says Billboard would have become a fixture on West Coast rap scene. The rapper also lost longtime friend Avante Rose, with whom he had shared a close bond since kindergarten. The Game shared his emotional turmoil after Rose was involved in a murder-suicide, taking the life of his girlfriend before ending his own. He remembered Rose as more than a friend, even a fixture in his children's lives. Consequently, his children were devastated when they heard the news of Rose's death. The Game reflected on the inevitability of loss and how he learned to deal with grief after losing numerous friends and family over the years.
