--------
Comedian Ms. Pat shared a funny story, detailing her unexpected encounter with former U.S. President Jimmy Carter at a McDonald's. In the late 1990s, while working as a cashier, Ms. Pat spotted a familiar-looking man entering the restaurant. Initially mistaking Secret Service agents for her probation officers, she soon realized it was Carter. Amidst her youthful ignorance, Ms. Pat struggled to recall his name while interacting with the ex-president. It wasn't until a coworker pointed out his identity, which caused her to call Carter the n-word amid her excitement. The irreverent exchange didn’t result in her immediate firing, but she eventually lost the job, which Ms. Pat humorously attributed to her perpetual employment woes, rather than the surprising slip.
Season 4 of "The Ms. Pat Show" is currently streaming on BET+. New episodes of Pat's court show "Ms. Pat Settles It" are also currently airing on BET. And her new "Hot and Flashy" standup tour just went on sale. Go to www.MsPatComedy.com for show and ticket info.
