Nicholas Irving discussed the recent attack on former President Donald Trump and its implications for future political campaigns. Irving predicted that security measures at the upcoming Republican National Convention would be heightened to unprecedented levels following the assassination attempt. He expects Trump to leverage this event to bolster his image, coming out more aggressively and defiantly. Irving also criticized the current political climate, stating that the inflammatory rhetoric from both sides contributes to such extreme actions. Irving argued that politics needs a reset, suggesting a complete overhaul of the government to curb the increasing polarization and restore a sense of unity. Addressing Vice President Kamala Harris's prospects, Irving was clear: "She has no chance of beating Trump," especially now that Trump's resilience could be viewed as a symbol of strength.
