1:05:39Now PlayingIn this flashback, we revisit the late Rudy Williams, who passed away at 72 years old. The Baltimore kingpin sat down for his first-ever VladTV interview, beginning with his upbringing in a stable, two-parent household as one of eight children.
Rudy explained that things began to shift around age 13, when he was sent to a juvenile facility for truancy. From there, he detailed his progression into a life of crime, including a period on the run, and how he expanded his enterprise after being released from prison.
He also spoke about his repeated arrests, being labeled a “super kingpin” by law enforcement in the 1990s, and ultimately serving over 30 years behind bars.
