Baltimore Kingpin Rudy Williams, Accused of 200 Murders, Passes Away at Age 72 (Flashback)

In this flashback, we revisit the late Rudy Williams, who passed away at 72 years old. The Baltimore kingpin sat down for his first-ever VladTV interview, beginning with his upbringing in a stable, two-parent household as one of eight children.

Rudy explained that things began to shift around age 13, when he was sent to a juvenile facility for truancy. From there, he detailed his progression into a life of crime, including a period on the run, and how he expanded his enterprise after being released from prison.

He also spoke about his repeated arrests, being labeled a “super kingpin” by law enforcement in the 1990s, and ultimately serving over 30 years behind bars.
