Rabbi Shmuley also argued that the term “Zionist” has been weaponized globally to unfairly stigmatize Jews. Drawing from his new book coauthored with his son, an IDF combat soldier, Rabbi Shmuley described the Israeli Defense Forces as among the most moral armies in modern warfare, striving to protect innocent lives amidst a brutal conflict.
