1. READ BEORE STARTING. I didn't used to recommend this. I just let patients start and taught them as they stumbled with troubles. Not anymore. I am shocked how little information some. Check out these book reviews. A little education saves LOTS of trouble

2. Eat as much fat as possible while holding total carbs under 20. Do this UNTIL "accidentally missing a meal."

4. Salt. Not just white salt. I under appreciated how much better "life" tastes with quality salt. SUCK ON IT!

5. Food GuideGreat for Beginners. When you "graduate"gift it to someone else.
