The leaked document confirms he was a civilian â one of 1,700 Gazans being held without charge and freed from Israelâs torture sites in the recent exchange on October 13, 2025. Under the deal, Israel had only agreed to free 1700 Palestinians from Gaza who had not been charged with any crime.
Israel continues to hold over 9,000 Palestinian captives, over half of them without charge, and hundreds more in secret military camps like Sde Teiman.
