Massive Manhunt today for Danelo Cavalcante in PA
On Thursday, August 31 2023 34-year-old Danelo Cavalcante escaped the Chester County Prison in Pennsylvania. He was spotted on the 1800 block of Lenape Road at approximately 12:30 AM wearing pants, a light colored t-shirt, and white sneakers. Police also received a report of an attempted burglary at 1130 PM at the 1000 block of Ballintree Lane in Pocopson Township. He is a convicted murdered and was sentenced to Life without Parole on August 16 2023 for murdering his ex-girlfriend in front of her children in 2022. He also is wanted for murder in Brazil from 2017

A $20.000 reward is being offered to anyone with information that leads to his capture. He is described as 5ft tall, 120lbs, Hispanic, with curly brown hair. District Attorney Deb Ryan said, "Law enforcement is requesting that residents in the area remain indoors at this time. Lock your vehicles. Review your surveillance cameras and contact police if you observe anything suspicious. Danelo Cavalcante is considered an extremely dangerous man. Please remain vigilant in assisting with this search. If you see this individual, do not approach him. Call Tip line at 717-562-2987 or 911 immediately."
