as posted by the channel

In Nigeria authorites are searching for seventeen people who have been kidnapped. The abduction took place in the capital city, Abuja. One woman known as Suf-yan posted a message on Twitter stating that she had been taken by men disguised as police officers along with sixteen other women - including three who are pregnant. While kidnappings for ransom money are not uncommon in Nigeria, the capital is normally safe.
