Every third person has experienced discrimination in the last two years. Federal commissioner Ferda Ataman wants to change that and has now presented a reform of the current anti-discrimination law. The reform is already being hotly debated. We explain the law and what the reform would change, speaking to proponents and opponents as well as to those affected.
