This week the Russian defence ministry boasted that it had seized a large number of Western-made weapons. It's no coincidence that the Kremlin is releasing this information now – an international security summit is taking place in Moscow, and the media are being used to showcase Russia's strength even more.
For more on this, we talk to Abbas Gallyamov, a political analyst and consultant who used to write speeches for Russian President Vladimir Putin. He's now a Kremlin critic, and joins us from Tel Aviv in Israel.
