17:02Now PlayingDetails of the potential European-led peace plan for Ukraine remain vague, but British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said on Sunday that leaders had agreed on four points:
1. The continuation of military aid to Ukraine and economic pressure on Russia.
2. Any peace deal must guarantee Ukraine's sovereignty and security. And Ukraine must be at the table.
3. In peacetime, Ukraine's allies will continue to strengthen Ukraine's defenses to deter future aggression.
