Despite Washington's waning support for Ukraine, some US volunteers fighting there are not giving up. It's unclear exactly how many Americans have gone to Ukraine to take up arms, but Kyiv says around 20,000 foreigners have joined its ranks. In addition to the Americans, the Foreign Legion includes soldiers from the UK, Georgia and Belarus.
