Canadian prime minister Mark Carney says one man is in custody and an investigation is ongoing after a 'car ramming attack' in Vancouver on Saturday night. A man drove his SUV into a crowd at a Filipino street festival killing eleven people.

More than 20 were injured and were rushed to at least four hospitals. Police say the 30-year-old suspect was known to them -- but they're not treating the attack as an act of terrorism.
