The emir made the allegations at an emergency summit convened to coordinate a unified response to the airstrike on the Qatari capital. Officials from dozens of Arab and Islamic states attended the meeting -- among them, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.
