France imprisons four suspects in 'red hands' desecration of Jewish memorial, claims ties to Russia

France has sentenced four suspects to two-four years in prison for spray-painting red hands on a Jewish Holocaust memorial in Paris. French intelligence suspects that the four imprisoned Bulgarians have ties to Russia.
