This video shows Mosley refused to show his hands, repeatedly ignoring officers commands.
At one point Mosley lunged at officers and they opened fire. 22 shots were fired and Mosley was hit five times in the leg and groin.
Mosley did not have a weapon. He did have a phone that he raised at officers, which the officers thought it was a weapon.
