0:56Now PlayingIDAHO FALLS -- Idaho Falls resident Michael Toone, 40, was arrested for a misdemeanor driving-under-the-influence Tuesday night after he smashed his 1995 Ford Explorer into a pole.
Idaho Falls Police spokeswoman Joelyn Hansen said police responded to calls around 7:52 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept 29, that a vehicle had crashed near the corner of Holmes and Lowmax.
No one was injured or transported in the crash. Police administered a sobriety test and Toone was arrested for a DUI.
He was booked in Bonneville County Jail with a $500 bond. Toone paid the bond and was released.
