The EastIdahoNews.com team is busy helping a local Secret Santa give $1 million to deserving people in eastern Idaho this holiday season.
Leticia has been a single mother for several years and has endured many hardships. She has raised three children on her own and she is now helping take care of her sister and niece, son, and her 82-year-old mother.
Their apartment is small and doesn't have enough beds for everyone. Leticia's widowed sister and niece sleep on air mattresses and her mother sleeps on a couch. She has been taking care of what seems like everyone else but herself.
Leticia works full time to take care of everyone's needs and on her days off, she’s running her mom to the doctor, visiting her grandchildren, and helping in any way she can. She is someone who is very selfless, resilient, and helps whoever is in need.
Secret Santa asked the East Idaho News elves to pay Leticia a visit and surprise her with some early Christmas gifts. Watch the video in the player above!
