Victoria Ramirez, owner of the Graze Cafe food truck, says it's important to her to bring good food with good ingredients to Rexburg and the surrounding areas.
"We just wanted to bring healthy options to Rexburg," says Ramirez. "We have sandwiches, salads, avocado toast and fresh pressed juices."
