Rhea's lawyer Satish Maneshinde claimed that SSR had certain mental issues even before she started living with him and he was also getting treatment for it. However, in her previous pleas, Rhea alleged that Sushant 'took advantage of those closest to him to sustain his drug habit' and that he 'was the only consumer of drugs and that he was directing his staff members to procure his drugs'.
