Sanya Malhotra talks about ‘Jawan 2’: I hope they make ‘Jawan 2’ and cast me in it’

Sanya Malhotra who played a key role in the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer ‘Jawan’ has been on cloud nine ever since the movie has released in theatres. The actress who is enjoying the film’s massive success recently interacted with Pinkvilla when she spilled the beans on a possible sequel of ‘Jawan’. As she was talking about how much the audience has been loving the film, Sanya was asked if there is an extended cut of the SRK-starrer and she responded saying, ‘I would, as an audience, like to see an extended version as well and I hope they come out of it.’ Sanya added ‘If not that, I hope they make Jawan 2 and cast me in it.’ Well, this should definitely get all of Shah Rukh Khan’s fans excited! Meanwhile, Sanya Malhotra has been actively posting pictures and videos related to ‘Jawan’ on her Instagram handle ever since the film has released. Most recently, she shared these glimpses of her training for the film’s action sequences. A couple of days back, Sanya posted a video wherein she can be seen dancing on the song ‘Not Ramaiya Vastaviya’. The Atlee-directorial has so far earned over Rs 316 crore at the nationwide box-office whereas it has collected over Rs 574 crore worldwide. ‘Jawan’ stars Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in lead roles whereas it features Sanya Malhotra and Priyamani in supporting roles. The film also has extended cameos by Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt.
