After the team suffered a loss against Australia recently, Sehar took to X and wrote ‘Pakistani cricket team only knows how to fool their fan by making religious or political statements. Performance is not their cup of tea.’ When the match was underway, she wrote ‘We will protest on every streets of Pakistan until Babar Azam along with whole cricket team resigns.’ The Pakistani actress also made headlines last month when she claimed to file FIR against captain Babar after the team’s loss against India in Asia Cup 2023. She also created a stir when she vowed that she would go on a date with a Bangladeshi cricketer if they beat India in the World Cup and ‘avenge’ Pakistan’s defeat. Sehar Shinwari has a following of over 145K on X and has been actively posting about the World Cup.
