After her appearance at the Paris Fashion Week recently, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan became a target of many netizens who trolled her for her alleged ‘weight gain’. In the past, the actress has also sparked rumours of her second pregnancy because of the constant check that netizens keep on her weight. Recently, an old interview of Ash resurfaced on the internet wherein she can be seen talking about her weight gain. She had reportedly said, ‘This is reality; this is who I am; I am a mother, and this can happen, and it happened to me, and it's fine. Also, I have never been the one who has endorsed size zero anyway. You guys speculated I was pregnant way before I was many times, so this goes to show that I have lived for real life in the public eye.’ Netizens have been reacting to her statement and penning their views on social media. A user wrote, ‘But size zero is unhealthy anyway. Kudos to Aishwarya. It was started by Kareena as far as I remember’, whereas another wrote ‘She did it for a role. She doesnt naturally care about those principles in the real world’.For more news and updates, stay tuned to ETimes.
