SRK held a private bash for Beckham at his Mumbai residence on November 17, hours before the footballer had to board a flight. Ending his fans' wait, Shah Rukh recently took to his social media handle and shared a picture with 'an absolute gentleman' and 'icon' David Beckham with a long note. The 'Jawan' actor donned a black t-shirt and blue denims, while Beckham looked dapper in a striped dark blue blazer over a brown t-shirt. SRK's caption read, 'Last night with an icon…and an absolute gentleman. Have always been a big admirer but meeting him and seeing how he is with kids made me realise that the only thing that out does his football is his kindness and his gentle nature. My love to your family. Be well and happy my friend and get some sleep….David Beckham.' Fans and celebrities including Farah Khan, TIger Shroff, Sonam Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and others showered likes on the picture. Kareena Kapoor took to the comments section and reacted to the photo saying, 'Two GOATS'. Not only SRK, but Sonam Kapoor and her husband laso turned hosts for the footballer, where he met many Bollywood A-listers. Ambanis also hosted David at their house in Mumbai and a picture of the footballer holding custom-made Mumbai Indians' 'number 7' jersey while posing with Nita Ambani, Mukesh Ambani and other family members had also gone viral on cyberspace.
