Dr. Young shares her personal journey through heartbreak that led her to study lament, explains the key elements of biblical lament found in the Psalms, and discusses why this crucial practice has been largely lost in modern Christianity. The conversation touches on lament’s role in addressing injustice, dealing with unanswered questions, and finding resilience through faith.
