Guest Bio
Michael John Cusick is a licensed professional counselor, spiritual director, and the CEO and founder of Restoring the Soul, an intensive counseling ministry based in Denver, Colorado. A former assistant professor of counseling at Colorado Christian University, Michael has spent decades working with pastors, Christian leaders, and high-level professionals struggling with burnout, addiction, and trauma.
He is the author of Surfing for God and Sacred Attachment: Escaping Spiritual Exhaustion and Trusting in Divine Love. His work has been featured in Relevant, Huffington Post, and Red Letter Christians. Michael lives in Colorado with his wife, Julianne, and their two grown children.
