Allies of former President Donald Trump are furious after learning that Kimberly Guilfoyle was paid $60,000 for a short (roughly three-minute) intro speech at the Stop The Steal rally on January 6th. The whole event is starting to look more like a cash grab for Trump and his family members, and that's one of the things that the January 6th committee is trying to drill into the heads of the public. According to New York times, reporter Maggie Haberman folks in Trump world are unhappy about the, uh, recent revelation that Kimberly Gilfoyle, who at the time was Donald Trump's, uh, Donald Trump Jr's girlfriend. Now his fiance was paid $60,000 for a roughly three minute introduction of junior for the stop. The steel rally Haberman says that folks in Trump world are of course sharing the clip. And they're outraged that this woman pulled in $60,000, basically $20,000 per minute to simply introduce junior at this rally. I mean, let's be honest, that is an exorbitant amount of money, but at the same time, there's nothing illegal about it, right? Nobody is accusing Kimberly Gilfoyle of breaking any laws or whatever. I mean, if they had $10 million, they wanted to pay for one minute, they could have done that. And it would've been okay. The problem isn't how much she got paid for how little she spoke.

The problem of course, is the perception of it all because now that those folks in Trump world, that Maggie Haberman is out there talking to now that they know how much money this family pulled in, in addition, of course, to the 250 million, they got to fight election fraud that they didn't spend on election fraud, fighting people are wing up to the Grif. And that's the point of all of this, right? Kimberly Gilfoyle's payment, not illegal at all. Again, they could have paid her whatever they wanted for however much they wanted. However, the 250 million that raises a few more eyebrows, especially those over at the, uh, you know, federal elections commission. Because if it turns out that the Trump family, Trump campaign, Trump super PACS, whatever the hell the money was actually going to, if it turns out you were raising that on false pretenses, then yeah, you, you certainly, uh, could be looking at some legal problems in the very near future.

As a result of that Gilfoyle's speech. On the other hand, pretty much standard. You have to pay people an exorbitant amount of money to do the bare minimum. And that is exactly what happened with her and the folks that organized the stop. The steel rally apparently saw no problem with paying this woman $60,000 to tell people, Hey, look out here comes my boyfriend. Yeah, great work. If you can get it right. I mean, honestly, kudos to Gilfoyle for pulling off such a massive Grif, totally legal by the way. But the folks in Trump world need to take notice of all of this, you know, because this is what happens. It's all a big Grif folks. None of them actually cared about overturning the election results. And when it comes to the Republican party, apparently there's plenty of fools with plenty of money, more than enough to go around for everybody to get in on that massive Grif.
