Trump got on Truth Social and shared a completely fabricated story about how President Obama is somehow getting paid millions of dollars a year through Obamacare. The story originated from a satirical news site, but conservatives couldn't tell the difference between fact and fiction so they took the story and added to it, fooling Trump in the process.
