The obvious conclusion based on Trump's statement is that he's absolutely lying and he knows EXACTLY what they were looking for. But if we take his statement at face value then we have to assume that he's suffering from serious health problems that could be so bad that his doctors are afraid to tell him what's happening. There's also a third possibility that actually makes even more sense, as Farron Cousins explains.
