2:54Now PlayingNicole Gibbons is an interior designer turned paint executive after she founded her direct-to-consumer paint brand Clare in 2018. She got her start as a director of public relations for a mass market retailer and she launched a design blog as her creative outlet. In 2013 she took the leap to being a full time interior designer. Her first step was to build up her interior design clientele in and around New York City.
Simultaneously, Gibbons started positioning herself as a design influencer. She appeared on Rachael Ray, HGTV, and spent three seasons on Home Made Simple on the Oprah Network. And in 2018 she founded Clare to make shopping for paint more fun while also creating a product that’s better for people and their homes.
