as posted by the channelThis is an aerial view from SkyFOX showing a police vessel towing a capsized boat to a Manhattan pier in the Hudson River. Two NY Waterway ferries — the Garden State and the John Stevens — rescued nine people from the boat around 3 p.m., the company said in a statement. Crews from the NYPD, FDNY, and U.S. Coast Guard, including divers, also responded to the overturned boat and pulled the rest of the people from the river, officials said. A 50-year-old woman and a 7-year-old boy were trapped under the capsized boat. Divers pulled them from the water, Police Commissioner Keechant Sewell said at a press conference.
