as posted by the channelThe troubled owner of Serenity Towers, Hope Heights and Memphis Towers might be barred from entering into any new federal contracts, according to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
That would mean the company and its president would be prohibited from entering into any new business with any federal agency. HUD is also taking steps to bar Millennia CEO Frank Sinito and Millennia Housing Management from all federal programs, including Section 8, for five years.
