YouTube Description
as posted by the channelVeterans served their nation selflessly, but service sometimes weighs heavily on their mental health, and stigma can be a barrier to seeking help. With support from Google’s veteran community, a group of U.S. veterans ranging from a Google employee to a retired Admiral shared firsthand stories about the value of coming forward and asking for help.
This is Janelle's story. An active duty Marine, military spouse, and parent she fought hard to excel at it all, but hit her breaking point and realized she needed help. Now in therapy, she's gained new coping tools.
