Here I go again...Can or should you do real estate part time? Is it ever a good idea? Probably not. Here's why.
-You compete with people who are full time (like me, bud)
-The busier you are, the more business you do
-The real estate market is very fast-paced
-Your schedule is at the mercy of your buyers/sellers (goodbye, weekends)
-It'll be hard to get ahead if you're only working part time
It could, however, work out for you:
-If you dedicate daytime hours to real estate (sorry, Vampires)
-If you already have an extensive network of buyers/sellers
-If you know what you're doing and don't need to actively generate leads
-If you're not sure this is what you want to do, but still want to try it out
