17:09Now PlayingBryan Kohberger, the suspect in the Idaho College Murders case, was arraigned yesterday after being indicted by a grand jury on one count of burglary and four counts of first-degree murder. He stood silent, so the judge entered a plea of not guilty on his behalf. The trial date has been set for October 2nd, 2023, and is expected to last four to six weeks.
Case background: Bryan C. Kohberger was arrested on December 30th, 2022 in Pennysylvania and charged with 4 counts of first degree murder and 1 count of felony burglary for the murders of Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin.
On January 3rd, Bryan had an extradition hearing in Pennsylvania, where he waived extradition and must be transported to Idaho within 10 calendar days. He has arrived in Moscow, Idaho and booked into the Latah County Jail. The probable cause was released on January 5th, 2022, the same day that Bryan was arraigned in Idaho.
