Adam Montgomery Unsealed Affidavit #harmonymontgomery

5-year-old Harmony Montgomery from New Hampshire was last seen in September 2019 and was reported missing months later. A missing persons investigation was launched in December 2021.

She was living in Manchester with her father Adam Montgomery, who had been given custody of his daughter in February 2019, as well as his wife Kayla Montgomery and their children. She had sadly been in and out of foster care for most of her life an din 2018, her mother, Crystal Sorey lost custody of her (reasons including substance abuse). Harmony's mom last saw her on a video call, looking frightened in the background, in April 2019. Then, Adam and his wife blocked her. Adam said he last saw Harmony around Thanksgiving 2019 and claimed that Crystal had picked her up. In January 2022, Adam was charged with murdering Harmony and several other charges. The charges accuse Mr Montgomery of repeatedly striking Harmony with his fist sometime around 7 December, 2021.
