1:45:23Now PlayingOn July 18th, 2014, 42-year-old Daniel Markel was shot in his driveway in Tallahassee, Florida after dropping his children off at school and then visiting the gym. He got divorced from Wendi Adelson in the summer of 2013 and when a judge ruled in a custody battle that she may not move to South Florida, where her parents and brother were based, it is believed the Adelson's hired help to "solve their problem". There have been five arrests and three trials so far in Dan Markel's case, with the latest arrest of Donna Adelson as she tried to flee the country. Donna was arraigned on December 11th and her motion to request release on house arrest or from solitary confinement was denied. Charlie Adelson will be sentenced today and could face Life Without the Possibility of Parole (LWOP).
