She faces 30 years in prison. Clarisa Figueroa will be on trial at the end of January 2024. She is accused of murdering 19-year-old Marlen Ochoa-Lopez, who was 9 months pregnant, in April 2019. Desiree's boyfriend, Piotr Bobak, received a 4 year sentence for helping to clean up the crime scene. Let's discuss the case!
