In the meantime, his NEWLY appointed attorneys, William Lebrato and Robert Scremin, have filed a motion to transfer him to a different facility due to claims of abuse and concerns of Odinists working at the prison he is now housed at that they claim are not treating him like a person who is innocent until proven guilty. Let's have a look at this latest filing and discuss the risks in this case... will it ever get to trial?
CASE BACKGROUND: Richard M. Allen, 50, was arrested on October 28th, 2022 and charged with 2 counts of murder in the Delphi case. Abby Williams and Libby German were murdered on February 13th, 2017, and were last seen on the Monon High Bridge. Their bodies were discovered the following day on Ron Logan's private property.
