Case Background: On February 24th, 2020, 911 dispatch got a call from Sarah Boone, a 42-year-old Florida mom who said that her boyfriend was dead. She explained that they had played a game of hide and seek, where they thought it would be funny if he got into a suitcase: she zipped him in it, went upstairs, and went to sleep, discovering him deceased in the suitcase that morning. She first called her ex-husband, Brian Boone, who advised her to call 911 immediately. The police searched her phone and found two disturbing videos, where Jorge Torres, 42, was begging for his life in the suitcase as she laughed at him and taunted him. She was arrested after her police interview and has been charged with second degree murder of Jorge Torres.
⚠️Trigger Warning: This case features alcohol abuse and domestic violence. ⚠️
