The location was off West Rankin Road near the North Freeway, walking distance from where she lives. Three days later, two suspects, Franklin Peña and Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel's , were arrested and charged with her murder. She was lured to the bridge, allegedly tied up, s/a'd and murdered before her body was thrown into the creek. Let's review the latest search warrants.
