Investigators tracked down a FedEx delivery driver who had dropped packages at the house around the time that Athena went missing. Tanner Horner, 31, the delivery driver was arrested and charged with aggravated kidnapping and capital m*rder. On April 7th, 2026, Tanner Horner pleaded guilty.
