ICE agents shot and killed a 37-year-old American mother in Minneapolis outside her own home, marking the third fatal shooting by immigration enforcement officers. The victim was in her car with her wife when an ICE agent shot her in the head three times. This incident follows a pattern of ICE agents shooting civilians, doctoring paperwork, and lying about what happened, despite video evidence from bystanders contradicting official reports.
The Department of Homeland Security and DOJ have faced repeated failures in prosecuting immigration protesters and others due to incompetence and falsified court documents. Previous cases include shooting a young woman multiple times and attempting to prosecute her, though that case failed.
